These Terms of Use are a legally enforceable agreement between KTCC and you (as a User, Customer, or Registered Member) that govern your use of this website's services. By using the service or this website in general, you agree to be bound by all of the Terms of Use's terms and conditions.

A. Except for User Submissions, the entire content featured on the Karnataka Business Awards 2021 Website, including but not limited to text, articles, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, layout, and interactive features ("Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, logos ("Marks") and copyright contained therein, are owned or licenced by Karnataka Business Awards 2021. The Website's content is given "AS IS" for your information and personal use and may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcasted, displayed, sold, licenced, or otherwise used for any other purpose without the prior written authorization of the respective owners. G. Your Contributions and Behaviour as a User

A. If you are a registered user of the Karnataka Business Awards 2021 Website or a registered user of the Karnataka Business Awards 2021 account, you may contribute video footage ("User Videos") and written content ("User Comments"). The term "User Submissions" refers to both User Videos and User Comments. You acknowledge and agree that regardless of whether such User Submissions are published, Karnataka Business Awards 2021 cannot guarantee the confidentiality of any User Submissions.

B. You are solely liable for your User Submissions and any repercussions resulting from their submission or publication. In connection with User Submissions, you affirm, represent, and/or warrant that you own or have the necessary licences, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorise Karnataka Business Awards 2021 to use any and all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights in and to any and all User Submissions in the manner contemplated by Karnataka Business Awards 2021 and these Terms of Service.

C. For the avoidance of doubt, you maintain complete ownership rights in your User Submissions. By submitting User Submissions to the Karnataka Business Awards 2021 Website, you hereby grant Karnataka Business Awards 2021 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submissions in connection with the Karnataka Business Awards 2021 Website and Karnataka Business Awards 2021's business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing the User Submissions. Additionally, you grant each user of the Karnataka Business Awards 2021 Website a non-exclusive licence to access your User Submissions via the Website and to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such User Submissions in accordance with the functionality of the Website as permitted and limited by these Terms of Service. The licences granted above in connection with User Videos expire within a commercially reasonable time after you remove or delete your User Videos from the Karnataka Business Awards 2021 Website. You acknowledge and agree, however, that Karnataka Business Awards 2021 may retain server copies of User Submissions that have been withdrawn or deleted, but not display or distribute them. Perpetual and irreversible licences are provided by you in User Comments.

D. In connection with User Submissions, you agree to refrain from submitting material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret, or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material and grant Karnataka Business Awards 2021 all of the licence rights granted herein.

E. Karnataka Business Awards 2021 expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Submissions. Karnataka Business Awards 2021 does not tolerate copyright infringement or intellectual property rights infringement on its Website, and karnatakabusinessawards.com will remove all Content and User Submissions upon receiving proper notification that such Content or User Submission infringes another's intellectual property rights. Karnataka Business Awards 2021 has the right, without prior notice, to remove Content and User Submissions.

F. KTCC shall implement reasonable processes to safeguard the confidentiality of any account information in its control. All account numbers, user IDs, and passwords are confidential, and you agree to accept full responsibility for your account and identification numbers, as well as for any activity conducted using your account number, user ID, or password. KTCC may reasonably depend on the fact that any acts taken on our website using your account number, user ID, or password were taken or authorised by you. You will promptly alert KTCC of any illegal use of your account number, user ID, or password that you become aware of or suspect.

Termination of Accounts Policy

A. Karnataka Business Awards 2021 reserves the right to cancel a User's access to the Website if they are judged to be a repeat infringement in reasonable circumstances.

B. Karnataka Business Awards 2021 maintains the right to determine whether Content or a User Submission is acceptable and complies with these Terms of Service, including but not limited to pornography, obscene or defamatory material, or excessive length. Karnataka Business Awards 2021 reserves the right to remove such User Submissions and/or to suspend or terminate a User's access for violating these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice and in its sole discretion.
